As weather warms and the sun rays become more intense, SPF is a non-negotiable.
Protect your skin from:
- UVA which ages our skin by increasing the breakdown of collagen and elastin
- UVB which causes free radicals leading to increases skin cancer risk
For BEST Protection:
- Choose a Broad Spectrum (UVA + UVB) 30 or higher
- Alply sufficient amounts - about a teaspoon worth per area (your face is one area and each arm is an area, and your chest is one area)
- Reapply every 2-3 hours
Have a fabulous Friday and look for joyful moments around you to share with others.
