Emsella - The EASIEST cure for leakage!!! It sounds simple, and it is: no surgery, no medication and completely non-invasive. If your bladder leakage is mild to moderate, you probably don’t need surgery. For less severe cases of stress urinary incontinence, the new EMSella treatment is a game changer for women. If you leak urine when you cough, sneeze or exercise, or have that strong “gotta go” urge feeling, this simple procedure can return your bladder and pelvic floor muscles to the way they used to be. It’s a chair you sit on for 28 minutes (while remaining fully clothed) that simulates more than 11,000 kegel exercises to tone your bladder and pelvic floor muscles. The typical patient will need 6 treatments (2 per week for 3 weeks). During that short time, most patients notice a significant, remarkable improvement in strengthened muscles and bladder control. Does it hurt? The quick answer is NO... My own trial can best be described as a “strange” feeling with muscle contractions like a pulling or tugging on the pelvic floor. I could easily carry on a conversation or read during the treatment. There was absolutely no downtime, and I resumed all of my regular activities immediately.
We will customize a package specific to your needs. A complete EMSELLA package of 6 treatment sessions is very cost effective when compared to surgery (think 6 weeks down time). Additionally, most medications cost $200+ per month, not to mention the cost of incontinence pads! And to make treatments more affordable, we offer financing through Medicard. So now there are really no excuses to make your future leak free!!! Sign up for your free trial today...see you soon! Cindy Fehr RN(NP) https://linktr.ee/cfehr1

Our skin is a reflection of everything going on inside our bodies and our minds...it reflects what you eat, drink, do, and feel. There are things we can do to provide a foundation of health and stability that will help us weather the impacts we have less control on (hormones, pollution, pandemic stress, genetics) and their influence on our skin health. Glowing skin does not just come from skincare alone...you need to ensure a balanced diet, hydration, physical activity, and time to focus on mental & emotional health. 💦Hydrate - drink around 8 glasses of water (or equivalent fluid) daily. Try natural flavors to enhance your cold or warm water - lemon + blueberry, ginger + oragne, cucumber + mint, basal + lime 🥕Eat Healthy - refrain from eating processed foods and add omega-3 fatty acids; replace refined carbs and sugars with optimal carbs including veggies and fruits that are rich in antioxidants to stave off wrinkles. Also consider foods that act as pre, pro & post biotics to feed the healthy bacteria in the microbiome of our gut - fermented foods (kefir, yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut), whole grains, antioxidants (blueberries, green tea, dark chocolate, red wine, olive oil), high-fiber foods (beans & lentils). 💤 Get your beauty sleep - it is true what they say...sleep is essential for beauty and lack of sleep increases cortisol levels which impairs collagen stimulation. Sleep deprivation also reduces growth hormone which is important for cell turnover which contributes to fine lines and wrinkles. 😀 Embrace Au Naturelle - makeup can block pores and contribute to acne breakouts and irritation with rosacea and eczema. Instead, embrace your natural beauty and opt for tinted moisturizer with SPF. 🏃♀️ Move - Regular exercise increases cellular metabolism and increases blood flow to help with your glow. All exercise is not created equal. Find a way to move that works for you. for 30 minutes three to four times per week. 🧴 Protect your investment - don't forget to apply SPF 30 or greater daily at minimum - every few hours is best. ⭐ Don't forget to care for your mind - mental and emotional health are paramount for balance and reducing stress that can wreck havoc on our hormones, immune system and digestive tract. For instance, anxiety is thought to indirectly impact skin conditions (flare of cold sores, urticaria, eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea). Skin conditions can then negatively impact mood and confidence - a nasty cycle for sure. So instead, practice stress reduction, breathing and mindfulness to reduce the impact of stress on your body, and ultimately reflected by the glow of your skin. Have a wonderfully rich day full of mindful attention to deliciously healthy food, good people to surround yourself with, physical activity, adequate hydration, and skin protection Cindy Fehr RN(NP) https://linktr.ee/cfehr1 Concentrate on the essentials and blur out the non-essentials. Ensure you capture the happy occasions and successes - use these to reflect on how far you've come on those days when you feel down or less accomplished. Development takes time (okay I've just dated myself by knowing the slow process of film development) and can be fraught with mistakes, but the product is often worth all the effort and time. If your picture (life event) doesn't turn out quite like you anticipated, take a retake (start again)! The best photographers take hundreds of pictures for that one masterpiece...so just keep progressing and taking pictures (new opportunities) and see where life can take you Cindy Fehr RN(NP) My goal is helping women and men look and feel their best at every age!
