Don't believe everything you see & hear on social media
Yes, it is common to bruise due to the highway of vessels on your face...but there are LOTS of factors to reduce the possibility of bruising!
Preparation is everything...limiting blood thinning supplements/foods and alcohol.
I am constantly seeking education on technique and anatomy which also helps to improve safety and reduce the possibility of bruising.
And don't forget about aftercare...a list of care instructors is reviewed at your appointment and then you get my personal contact information for questions and discussing any concerns as you heal.
