We all age BUT How We Age Is Up To You! Eat a healthy, balance diet with low carbs, minimal processed foods and minimal alcohols. Drink sufficient water, especially on hot, dry and windy days - shoot for 6-8 glasses. Twice daily skincare - takes 5 minutes and your skin will love you for it! Don't forget the SPF! Reach out if you need help designing what is best for your skin type as I would be happy to help. Daily physical activity - go for a walk, lift weights, use exercise bands, do yoga or pilates...just get up off your butt and move! Daily mental and physical recharge - get 7-8 hours sleep if you can and limit long naps (max 30 minutes to prevent disrupting night sleep). Daily social connection - call, virtually meet, connect for a walk, just spend time with those you love. Spiritual connection daily - lots to choose from, including prayer, meditation, nature walk, reading scripture, fellowship with others. Set short-term, medium, and long term goals and review them regularly to make steps toward achievement.
